Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
If some special products have special shipping time, we will indicate it on the product page, and the shipping time stated on the product interface shall prevail

United Kingdom: 5 - 15 days
Canada: 5 - 15 days
Australia: 5 - 15 days
Europe: 9 - 21 days
Latin America: 10 - 25 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days* after order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately.
Pre-Order items will be processed before their shipping dates. Shipping dates are listed on the product page, cart and on your order confirmation. Please reference for shipping dates.
The following items are custom made-to-order and may take up to 5-8 business days to process and ship: custom name + initial pillows, select framed + canvas art, select tapestries, wall decals, area rugs, trunks, tie dye totes, wooden monograms, select furniture, and poster prints.
Items ordered together may ship separately.
Most stock items shipping via EXPEDITED methods will ship next business day via the method of choice. Shipping method selection determines estimated transit time following the item(s) required processing period.
*In the event of weather disturbance, carrier-determined guaranteed ship times may change.
P.O. Box Orders
Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES if processed via our website. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you would like to place an order to a P.O. Box address, please Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Dormify is not responsible for delivery to dorm rooms and halls. Please check your shipping address carefully and your school's policies if shipping prior to move-in.
Although our goal is to find a delivery solution for all of our Dormify customers worldwide, we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time. Stay tuned for future service developments as we continue to expand our reach!
Our shipping and processing charges are meant to compensate our company for processing your order, packing your products, delivering them to you, and related overhead. Shipping to some destinations, especially those outside the contiguous United States and rural domestic addresses, require one or more additional business days to deliver.
We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
